Hey Everyone, I have been super busy all day, lots of stuff going on this weekend and I am trying to get ready! My oldest boy is going to be 4 on friday and we are having a big b day party on saturday. He wants a "Batman" party and I have been running around ordering the cake(it took me 6 stores before I found one that had the batman theme) gifts, the goodies, and I am awaiting a batman costume in the mail that my lil brother is going to dress up in for his b day party! I also have to be ready to have one of my daycare kids all weekend, her parents are going away for a wedding and I agreed to take her! I have to pick my brother up from the air port at 8am on saturday and omg everything is just crazy! Thank god for my parents, they are paying for a majority of the party cuz I can't:-( I am so lucky to have them in my life to help out with things like this! I will be posting pics of the party as soon as I get em! Aaron is yelling from the bedroom to tell everyone he says hi, he has to be to work in about 5 hours! Well Goodnight and I will talk to everyone tomorrow! glitter-graphics.com
I hate 2 say this but Gail Kim had her last match today on Impact against Awesome Kong. TNA just lost one their best and sexiest knockouts on their roster. I'm really disappointed, first Tomko leaves 2 work back in japan and now Gail. Hopefully WWE will hire her back, she should feud with Michelle McCool 4 the divas title.
How often can you say that an escape from the harsh reality we live in, is through our companion? Thats how I exactly feel about my Fiancee.
As I trot through the journey of Life, I feel the pressure from Vice to engage in things that I dont believe in. The atmospher would grow thicker and the vultures would hound, as the hand from the devil himself would nudge me to forget my ethics and disregard my virtues. The environment I am talking about is the battleground of a car dealership. Even though I cannot disclose any information that may jepordize my job, I am proud to say that my beliefs and values are in perfect standing against the stigma and repuation of a saleman.
Lets face it, we live in a very ugly world. Tainted by greed and selfishness, one would only look out for his own good. Good sumaritans are hard to come by. If one can cheat to move forward, they'll do it without thinking twice. If the coporate ladder is block, one would sabbatoge the blockage to climb upward. When a profit is made by someones inability to recognize it, we would call it stealing. But others would celebrate with the kings of thieves who promotes such an act.

There is a new fad in the world. Pharmaceutical madness has infected the world with a drug to solve every little twinge, mental, neurological and physical. From the cradle to the grave, a host of chemical cocktails are promoted to "give you an edge" over nature. There is a cost, and this cost is high. Within the last few days, two studies were published in the Open Pediatric Medicine Journal that link childhood diabetes to vaccinations.
News media play on fear. HPV, Flu pandemics, the dangers of vitamins (once lauded by the very same media) are constant news articles with the animus like experts encouraging a confused public to take vaccinations just in case.
The dire truth is that vaccinations and other available medications cause death, paralysis, Autism and many other side effects. A few examples for you.
MMR
"Smith-Kline-French (the pharmaceutical company who became Smith-Kline-Beecham and were involved in UK manufacture at that time) were concerned about these safety issues and were reluctant to obtain a UK license for their Urabe-containing vaccines. As a result of their ‘concern' that children might be seriously damaged by one of their products, they requested that the UK government indemnify them against possible legal action that might be taken as a result of ‘losses' associated with the vaccine, which by then was known to carry significant risk to health. The UK government, advised by Professor Salisbury and representatives from the Department of Health, in it's enthusiasm to get a cheap MMR onto the market, agreed to this request. Clearly, the DoH and UK government were well aware of the problems occurring with the Urabe strain of mumps vaccine not only before the vaccine was given to millions of children in this country, but even before the vaccine was approved for licence. Concerns were clearly referred to in the Minutes of the Joint Sub-Committee on Adverse Reactions to Vaccination and Immunisation, (ARVI) March 8th, 1988."
"A 14 year-old girl took six steps after being injected with the vaccine before she collapsed to the floor unconscious and foaming at the mouth. The girl regained consciousness after "a 60 second grand mal seizure" and had "pale clammy skin" and blood pressure of 60/40.
A VAERS report from a physician stated a female patient was inoculated with a dose of Gardasil and, "Subsequently, the patient experienced a coma and is now paralyzed."
Merck & Co. has invested heavily in getting US states to mandate Gardasil to schoolgirls as young as 11 for sexually transmitted HPV in order to beat out rival GlaxoSmithKline's vaccine Cervarix. Merck successfully lobbied the FDA to fast track Gardasil to the market, which critics have charged essentially makes US women part of a massive testing experiment"
"Just two days after the injection, Rita Gillooly, 66, was struck down by the same bug which hospitalised Celtic star Morten Wieghorst.
Doctors have told Rita's family there is "no doubt" that the jab brought on Guillain Barre Syndrome - a condition affecting the nervous system which paralyses sufferers.
Last night, her son John said: "I wouldn't want anyone to die the way my mother did. She couldn't even talk at the end. People aren't aware that the injection can cause death"
"A four-year investigation by Britain's Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Authority (MHRA) found that Glaxo held back evidence that suggested the drug increased the risk of suicidal behaviour in people under 18. The company won't be prosecuted because the law in the U.K. is unclear on when or whether companies are required to report such findings to regulators"
"The study, published in the respected journal PLoS Medicine, suggests hundreds of thousands of Britons are needlessly taking powerful - and potentially dangerous - drugs.
As well as suicide and suicidal thoughts, side-effects associated with the drugs studied and other SSRI (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) anti-depressants range from self harm to anxiety, insomnia, nausea, headaches and vomiting.
Seroxat alone has been linked to at least 50 suicides - both adult and child - in the UK since 1990."
"Fluoride has been linked to cot death, eczema and Alzheimer's. It has been shown, at low doses, to cause genetic damage. And it has been linked by doctors from the National Cancer Institute and the National Health Federation to cancer.
Because fluoride causes collagen, an essential structural component in skin, muscle, ligaments and bone, to disintegrate, big question-marks are being raised over its possible contribution to arthritis, a problem that has increased by 63 per cent since 1997, and which now affects 70 million Americans."
It is interesting to note also that Fluoride was a major component in Nazi and communist concentration camps, designed to dumb down and pacify the populations of these camps. This was revealed in 1954 by research chemist Charles Perkins in his letter to the Lee Foundation
"I have your letter of September 29 asking for further documentation regarding a statement made in my book, "The Truth about Water Fluoridation", to the effect that the idea of water fluoridation was brought to England from Russia by the Russian Communist Kreminoff. In the 1930's Hitler and the German Nazis envisioned a world to be dominated and controlled by a Nazi philosophy of pan-Germanism. The German chemists worked out a very ingenious and far-reaching plan of mass-control which was submitted to and adopted by the German General Staff. This plan was to control the population in any given area through mass medication of drinking water supplies. By this method they could control the population in whole areas, reduce population by water medication that would produce sterility in women, and so on. In this scheme of mass-control, sodium fluoride occupied a prominent place.
"Repeated doses of infinitesimal amounts of fluoride will in time reduce an individual's power to resist domination, by slowly poisoning and narcotizing a certain area of the brain, thus making him submissive to the will of those who wish to govern him. [A convenient and cost-effective light lobotomy? --- Ott].
"The real reason behind water fluoridation is not to benefit children's teeth. If this were the real reason there are many ways in which it could be done that are much easier, cheaper, and far more effective. The real purpose behind water fluoridation is to reduce the resistance of the masses to domination and control and loss of liberty."
"When the Nazis under Hitler decided to go to Poland, both the German General Staff and the Russian General Staff exchanged scientific and military ideas, plans, and personnel, and the scheme of mass control through water medication was seized upon by the Russian Communists because it fitted ideally into their plans to communize the world."
"I was told of this entire scheme by a German chemist who was an official of the great I.G. Farben chemical industries and was also prominent in the Nazi movement at the time. I say this with all the earnestness and sincerity of a scientist who has spent nearly 20 years' research into the chemistry, biochemistry, physiology and pathology of fluorine - any person who drinks artificially fluorinated water for a period of one year or more will never again be the same person mentally or physically."
Signed: CHARLES E. PERKINS, Chemist, 2 October, 1954.
Do not trust the word of the authorities. Research the drugs they want to administer to you and your children. It is clear that government and medical establishment funding is embellished by big pharma. You are lab rats in the New world order. Their ambition is to create a chemical, scientific society ruled by them, with a dumbed down slave horde to serve them. Don't go quietly.
Thud. My heart sank into my stomach. Darkness grew. A shadow slid into the room. It drew closer. It felt as if my breath was taken from me. I knew what I was seeing, but refused to believe it. The hair on the back of my neck stood strait up. My heart raced as fear engulfed my body. I ran. Instinct told me to run. My gut seemed as if it were going to burst in anticipation. I glanced back to see if it was following me. Out of the corner of my eye I caught a glimpse of the dark mass following. Its eyes held hatred, seemed to have no thought. No soul. Just driven by hate

You didn't mention the bit about the oxen urinating on the side of a hill and a holy well appearing at the spot. Probably just as well, Senex, as you might have tried it yourself, and we might have had a place called Hollywell-Senex, or Longwater-by-Rumpole. Jones, in his English Saints maintains the whole Walstan saga is an effort by the Church to Christianise a pagan fertility cult, and the intimate and repeated association with animals might make us suspicious. The very name can mean well stone or sacrificial stone. As to his supposed mother St Blyde, there is no proper record of her and he suggests that she was confused with St Bride, or St Bridget, herself probably a Christianised Irish goddess, associated with cattle. (I can't confirm that, by the way, I thought it was fire and knowledge). But it is true that the Saxons had a problem with their "Rs" which is why they made Bob out of Robert and Dick out of Richard.
But this brings me back to the comment about Bridget. Wasn't Bridget a rather Irish name for Cromwell to call his daughter? I have done some research into this and apparently not, because Bridget is just a rendering of Bride (and variations) while there are other renderings from Germanic pagan names. The same is true of the name Rory which has both Gaelic and Norse origins, both with totally different meanings. The most famous St Bridget is not, in fact the Irish one, but a Swedish one. Jones gets a little tenuous, though, with Walstan's father, saying that although Benedict might simply be the Latin for Blessed, it might also be the Old English bean-dic, or bean ditch, and beans were the traditional offering to St Blyde.
If you cannot sleep or slumber
Give oats to St Uncumber
And beans in a certain number
To St Blaise and St Blyde.
And your picture of the poor box looks to me, Senex, as if it is also part of a fertility cult! Now how, in the name of St Uncumber, who was the famous bearded lady by the way, do I get from there to cowboys? I wish you had researched sun dances instead of fertility cults...
Because I probably didn't I tell you, Senex, I knew Wyatt Earp. That surprised you, didn't it? He was about nine years old, I suppose. He seemed to me to be always getting hidings from his dad who was a polyglot muscular Christian who played rugby for Cambridge and Rosslyn Park. OK, I have to admit it was a Wyatt Earp, possibly not the one who sprang to your mind first. That was about 50 years ago. I met him again 35 years later and he was headmaster of Erpingham Primary School. His brothers joked that he had taken the job to facilitate choosing a title when he is ennobled. His father told me that he had so named his son because Earp is a Saxon name meaning swarthy, and he wanted a Saxon forename to go with it. Cowboys were the last things on his mind.
You will have gathered I want to tell you about Erpingham. It does mean the ham of Eorp's people so Wyatt will be right to choose it when the time comes. To understand the village you have to look at the 1794 map where you will see that the name is obstinately by the parish church of St Mary, which is surrounded by a number of unexplained lanes, while even then, the buildings, and the pub, are clustered by a stream some distance away by the village of Calthorpe. This, I guess, is what we call common edge migration. and it was obviously complete well before 1794. What happens is that the local magnate encloses the high common land, typically during the wool boom, to graze his sheep, and the poor peasants, Senex, like you and I, have to take our cow and goats, down to the river-side marshes, or low-common. Since our houses are only wattle and daub hovels, it makes sense to move them down too, so we can keep an eye on Daisy. Thus we have Erpingham/Cathorpe as a single entity while Erpingham church stands in splendid isolation about a mile east.
Erpingham had two pubs once but the older of the two dates from at least the early 18th century and is marked on the 1794 map as Eagle Ale House. It is now the Spread Eagle so has obviously become middle-aged. The pub site lists the Saracens Head as being in Calthorpe, which is understandable as the village of Wolterton disappeared when Horace Walpole built Wolterton Hall. But it is several miles from Calthorpe and indeed the landlord, always a humorist, has a sign outside claiming it's the best pub in Wolterton. It is, apart from the hall and a converted schoolhouse, the onlybuilding in Wolterton. It was erected in 1808 as a coaching inn for Wolterton Hall. Presumably it housed visitors who were not quite up to being invited to the hall; bookies, horsecopers, solicitors etc. The Spread Eagle is everything a country pub should be, largely due to the landlady Billie Carder, whose career I have been following from pub to pub over many years. I really wanted to have a photo of the place today, and Billie is very photogenic, but my art was not up to it.
Erpingham is famous for its eponymous family, especially between 1327 and 1428 when three generations rose to wealth (perhaps because of those enclosures) and prominence, the last of whom, Thomas, commanded the archers at Agincourt and built the famous Erpingham Gate into the close at Norwich cathedral. There is a famous brass of John, his father, in the church. This, The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin is rather special, it exudes a cheerful ambience of light, colour and most of all, activity, for it is very obviously much used and even the graveyard is busy. It is also very high-church, with holy water, a sacred heart, and statue of St Thomas and in fact there are only two items, which distinguish it from being Catholic. These are the royal arms, very unusually of the present monarch, and an oil of Charles I with the inscription King Charles the martyr...pray for us. I wonder what Messrs Cromwell and Fleetwood, who worshipped not far away, would have made of that! I photographed everything but didn't know what to choose to put in here. The font is lovely but originated in a Norwich church and has been re-cut. The statuary is colourful but not very good. The glass is pretty but mostly modern. The picture of Charles had the light directly behind it. And the Erpingham brass looks like many another, unless you are an expert. What are unique among all the churches we have looked at so far are the royal arms for they are of Elizabeth II and date from the 1950s. The lion has whiskers that would have impressed even my late father-in-law. Anyway, after my dissenter republican rant last week I thought I ought to balance things for my Anglo-Catholic royalist friends!
Yes, I am off to Fair France for a fortnight. I'm sure Mr Ail is grateful for you good wishes but I am staying much closer to the more sinister M. Cognac.
